Our philosophy

Spiritual. Intellectual. Physical.

Three pillars that describe a whole person and a healthy company. They shape what we own, how we lead, and how we care for our people.

S

Spiritual

Preserve the spirit

Our faith is the foundation of how we do business. It calls us to integrity when no one is watching, humility in success, and service to the people around us.

In practice: honest dealings, servant leadership, and decisions we would be proud to explain to our children.

I

Intellectual

Invest in the mind

Growth is a responsibility. We build learning into every role so that people leave each season more capable than they arrived.

In practice: structured training, a certification path from Core to Store Leader, and leaders who teach.

P

Physical

Strengthen the body

Stewardship includes the body. We are drawn to ventures that help people live healthier lives, and we care for the wellbeing of our teams.

In practice: wholesome products, fair schedules, and a workplace that respects people's energy and time.

Stewardship principles

How we steward what we hold

Build with intention

We enter businesses we understand, in communities we want to serve, and we plan each step before we take it.

Steward with integrity

We treat capital, partnerships, and people as a trust. We keep our word and run our businesses in the open.

Pass on with care

We build for a generational horizon, so what we create can serve families and communities long after us.

Our people strategy

Leaders who develop leaders

Every team member starts with S.I.P. Core certification, then grows through role-based certifications for Crew, Shift Leader, and Store Leader. Each level pairs a knowledge check with sign-off from a manager who has seen the work.

Teams share in what they build through a team bonus program tied to the store's results, so success is something we earn together.

  • Clear expectations and real training from day one
  • A visible path from crew member to store leadership
  • Shared team rewards tied to store performance
  • Leaders who coach, listen, and serve
  • Respect for people's faith, families, and time
