Entrusted with much, building for those who come after
S.I.P. Legacy Holdings began as a family conversation about legacy: what we were building, who it was for, and how long it should last.
Formed by service, sharpened by leadership
Our founder, Qunetin Robinson, learned leadership in uniform. As a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, he saw firsthand that teams rise or fall on the character of the people leading them.
He carried that lesson into a long career in multi-unit retail leadership, developing district teams and store managers across many locations. Year after year, the pattern held: when leaders invest in people, people invest in the mission.
A company that outlasts us
Qunetin and his wife, Dr. Kayla Robinson, an educator and academic leader, wanted to put those lessons to work on something of their own. They formed S.I.P. Legacy Holdings as the home for every business and asset the family builds.
The name holds the foundation: Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical. It is how we think about whole people and whole companies, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to as owners.
We hold every business, every dollar, and every team member as a trust, not a trophy.
